    Who is Therapy for?

Therapy is for everyone! Whether you are a First Responder struggling from a call, an individual seeking advice for life decisions, couples needing a relationship tune up, dealing with depression, anxiety, or trying to cope from past trauma, therapy is for EVERYONE!

As your licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it will be of utmost importance to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes positive growth and where you are a priority. Being in a trusting environment will allow us to create an important relationship, so we as a team can dissect your specific needs. I will use an authentic, direct approach with a balance of support, challenges and accountability. With every session, I will ensure that you will be equipped with the tools, education, and empowerment that you can use in your day-to-day life to make the decisions that will help you become the healthiest version of you! I will also use a systemic approach that is conventional and collaborative, highlighting the strengths in different theories to fit your specific needs. These approaches are evidence-based, giving you the confidence to know that you are receiving the right care.

I primarily see First Responders and/or spouses in my practice. My passion is to serve and be a valuable resource to the FR community. I am on many different departments EAP lists, preferred clinicians lists, and has been vetted from many different departments around the Oklahoma City area. I am also the first clinician in Oklahoma to contract with The Overwatch Collective in California. They are a Nonprofit organization that provides affordable and/or fully covered therapy sessions to First Responders, Military, and families. To check them out please click the link below!
